On July 11, 2019, Travis LeBlanc, vice-chair of Cooley’s privacy practice and EPIC Advisor, was sworn in as a member of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board (PCLOB). Mr. LeBlanc was Chief of the Federal Communications Commission’s Enforcement Bureau, where he led the FCC’s largest bureau and its 25 field offices.
